Topless-Sandal.com topless sandals are warranted for one year of adhesive functionality. Topless-Sandal.com topless sandals are reusable and can be cleaned with soap and water. Adhesivity is enhanced with periodic or as-needed soap and water cleaning – and brushing when necessary. Topless-Sandal.com topless sandals are warranted against obvious product defects. Topless-Sandals.com DOES NOT accept returns from customers experiencing perspiration-related or air humidity-related foot-to-sandal bonding problems. Topless Sandals should be stored in a dry and clean environment. Topless-Sandal.com topless sandals should be stored “sole-to-sole.” Do not stick topside surfaces together. Please allow for up to 2 business days for products in inventory to be packaged before sending via your UPS or USPS selection.
Returning Topless-Sandal.com orders
We design Topless-Sandal.com products to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.
Price Adjustments: A one-time price adjustment will be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Return Procedures:
- Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
- Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to Topless-Sandal.com at:
